Tickle your taste buds with the Kashmiri Methi Maaz, a lovely concoction of meat and fresh fenugreek leaves, cooked in a host of Kashmiri spices. It is a meat preparation which is delightfully tasteful & aromatic. This delicacy is an exotic blend of minced meat with the rich aromatic herbs of fenugreek done in a combination of spices which makes you want to retain the flavor for long. Methi Maaz is served on the traditional ‘traami’, (a large circular platter on which Wazwan is served to groups of 4 people) along the circle at four places. It is eaten as dry with more or less no gravy at all. Best served with plain rice, the methi maaz is a delicacy rich in taste & texture which you are sure to fall in love with!
